Frequently Asked Questions About Creative Work

Short answers to the most important topics around digital art and design projects.

Which file formats do you accept for print templates?

We prefer to work with PDF/X-4, open AI and INDD files, as well as high-resolution TIFFs. For pure image data, a JPEG with at least 300 dpi is sufficient. Please embed all fonts and images used – this way we avoid surprises during proofing.

How long does it take to implement an average website?

A ready-to-use one-pager can be realized in about two to three weeks. For a multi-page presence with a CMS and custom modules, we plan four to six weeks. The exact timeline depends on the scope of the content and the number of feedback loops.

Do you also offer consulting for a brand's color design?

Yes, this is a fixed part of our branding offering. We analyze the target audience, the industry, and the desired effect, and develop a coordinated color palette from that. This also includes defining primary, secondary, and accent colors, including contrast values for accessibility.

Can I have existing drafts revised by you?

Of course. We adapt layouts, color schemes, and typography to new requirements without losing the basic concept. Send us the source files and a short description of the desired changes – we will create a non-binding cost estimate.

How much does a custom icon set for my app cost?

The price depends on the number of icons, the level of detail, and the desired file variants (SVG, PNG, Webfont). A set of 20 simple line symbols is in the lower range; elaborate, multi-colored surface illustrations are correspondingly higher. Contact us for a specific quote.
